How do I process a warranty claim for a worn-out pair?
To start a claim, visit our Warranty page to print a form. Package your clean socks and mail them to our mill in Northfield, Vermont. Once received, we will issue you a credit code to choose a brand-new pair from our website.
What materials are used in Darn Tough socks?
We primarily use premium Merino Wool sourced from global markets, blended with Nylon and Lycra® Spandex for durability and a performance fit. All our socks are knitted in our Vermont-based mills.
How should I wash and care for my socks?
To ensure longevity, machine wash your socks in warm water on a gentle cycle with the socks inside out. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We offer several expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your socks sooner. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
